We are currently in the early stages of an exciting new project in the construction sector, and we’re searching for motivated individuals to take on a key role in gathering requirements and drafting specifications. Your work will lay the foundation for advancing to the Product Owner position for completed modules or specialization through certification in BA or QA roles, depending on your interests.
The position is based in our new offices in Zagreb-Kruge, with a flexible 3+2 remote work model and occasional travel to client locations outside Zagreb. Our company currently has about 20 team members, but the team for this project is still forming—making this the perfect opportunity for ambitious individuals to make their mark from the very beginning!
📋 Gather and analyze user requirements to define clear project goals.
✍️ Write product specifications, including requirements, use cases, and user stories.
⏳ Manage and prioritize tasks throughout all project phases.
🤝 Collaborate with the development team on implementing solutions.
✅ Test and verify acceptance criteria compliance.
📊 Analyze opportunities for product improvement and explore new markets.
🎓 1+ years of experience in business analysis or a related role.
✏️ Skilled in writing analytical documents (e.g., requirement specifications, use cases, user stories).
🌐 Experience working in Agile environments.
💻 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
🗣️ Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
